New Equipment

Posted on April 28, 2010

We are very excited about our new piece of equipment. It is called the DP Slider. Simply, it is a rail with ball bearings and allows the camera to be mounted so we can get very steady shots either side to side or up and down. This is really going to add a special look to our videos.

More options for your wedding video

Posted on April 12, 2010

We now have a dedicated website set up for you to see your complete wedding video online. For friends and family that will not get a chance to see your wedding in person or view your finished dvd copy, this will be an excellent option. We are not going to be charging for this option, so let us know if that is something you would like to have.

Great news. We now include digital copies of your wedding video, which will be available in a variety of formats, including iPad, iPhone, touch and Apple TV. This is a great way to share your special day with friends and family. Best of all, there is no extra charge for this. Let us know if you are interested.

New Helmet Cam

Posted on April 9, 2010

We are very excited to have been testing out a new camera. It is a very small camera that fits into an enclosure. It can shoot full hd video and has a very wide angle lens on it. It comes with several mounting options, including a mount with a very powerful suction cup. We have mounted the camera not only on the windshield on the outside of my car, but also on the hood of the car. Now you may be asking yourself, what purpose would such a camera have other than being a toy? Glad to answer that question. We think it will be great to have some footage of our arrival at weddings and receptions. This is going to add a nice touch to our videos and it will take no time to mount and turn it on. It also comes with a headstrap, so it can sit on someone’s head. If someone in the bridal party was brave enough, this camera could be used on the party bus between the ceremony and reception. This is very exciting technology and we are going to come up with countless ways to use it.

iPad

Well as promised I got my iPad today and I must say it is even cooler than I thought. I am not sure how much this is going to change the future but I suspect it will change the way we can get things done.
